Not friendly, dare I say mean? Not a very happy person who works the Tuesday closing shift. This is my first time in an ATT store in over a decade. Went in to inquire about an upgrade offer I saw online which I think was a mistake on my behalf thinking I could get the same in the store - she wanted her shift to end and me out the door as soon as possible.

Be careful when getting a new phone from this store.I went into pre-order an upgrade of iPhones and the salesperson apparently had added AT&T phone insurance, called AT&T Protect Advantage, to my preorder without my consent or even knowing. I only found out after logging into my account online the next day. The salesperson never mentioned insurance at all during my upgrade procedure. If she did, I would have declined since I have insurance through my credit card.Reading some other past reviews here, looks like someone else reported this happening at this same store as well.When I went back to the store to get the insurance dropped, another employee told me the person who processed my upgrade was the regional manager. So, yes, this seems to be a standard practice for this chain of authorized AT&T stores.Furthermore, this other employee kept trying to tell me that the add-on, which is called AT&T Protect Advantage, is not insurance. She says they sell a separate insurance called Assurance. LOL. I literally showed her the webpage from AT&T describing the insurance details of AT&T Protect Advantage and she was trying to argue with me that it is not what I think I'm reading.Do not do business here for your AT&T needs.

This is an AT&T store where we received the best customer support ever. The credit should go to Mario. Hope there is only one Mario. We needed a new phone and my husband's iPhone was so old that there were several complications. It took forever to transfer data from his old phone to a new phone. We were there for more than three hours (painful long) but Mario was patient and kind to help us. While he was helping us, he continued to answers the questions from his colleague about other customers. There were several times a rush of customers coming in to the store, yet he stayed calm and attentive to ever in the store. Thank you, Mario!!!

I had been to this store before and was not looking forward to coming here but these guys who are here now give great service and act genuinely concern with your situation. Very profesional but make you feel very welcome and friendly. We have been with AT&T 15 years this was the best customer service I had ever receive.

I had such a great experience at this AT&T store! It is under new management, and Jonathan was so helpful! I wanted a new phone for both my son and I, as well as opening a new account. Jonathan was so knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I definitely recommend!

Dropped in for a SIM card problem and possible cracked iPhone screen. I experienced great service, honest evaluation on a possible problem, and spent less than I expected. Very good service from Daniel and the manager, sorry, forgot his name. Ron

I had a very disappointing experience at the AT&T store on Railroad Ave. I came in to exchange a phone that I had recently purchased, and the staff was very unwelcoming and standoffish. They made me feel like I was an inconvenience, and they were not very helpful in resolving my issue. I was greeted by a staff member who looked annoyed to see me, like I was disturbing his ongoing conversation with his fellow employee. The staff member was very unhelpful and did not seem to know what he was doing. I had to explain my issue to him several times, and he still did not seem to understand. Eventually, he told me that he could not help me, and that I would need to go to a corporate location. I was very disappointed with the service that I received at this store, and I would not recommend it to anyone. I was also very disappointed that the staff member did not seem to care about resolving my issue. He was more interested in pushing me off to another store than in actually helping me. This made me feel like I was not a valued customer, and it left a very negative impression of AT&T. I would urge AT&T to do something about the staff at this store. They are not providing the level of service that customers expect, and they are driving customers away.

The company behind this ATT store does not care for their employees My thoughts and prayers go out to anybody employed with this third party company. They care more about a dollar that this location in particular can't even make!

I walked in this morning because my phone just died on me. Nia the associate was prompt to greet and helped me to the last step with patience and a smile.She even went an extra mile to try to recover the least I could through Google. Amazing service. Her willingness to help is what we're looking for when we walk in a store.So I'm giving her 10 ? instead of 5.

I had an extremely great experience! I believe the person who helped me her name was Nia, she was very enthusiastic about her job. Very sweet and kind, she had such a great attitude, she responded very quickly and efficient and was not rushing me at all she really took her time and made me feel good

Customer service in this store is one of the best i have ever experienced! the ladies are kind and sweet, very patience and willing to help with any issue. I went over there asking for help to download an app to my husbands phone and Nya helped us to do so and also explained to us how it works!
