They were a preferred vendor through my auto insurance carrier and I called immediately after my accident, Robert invited me to come by immediately to do an estimate. It took him about 15/20 minutes to get it complete and once I confirmed with the ins carrier I wanted to schedule with Symmons they were able to get my car in the following week and it only took a week to repair the damages. I appreciate the great work and excellent service experience with Robert. I believe the prices were very fair as I did compare their estimate with 2 other shops and they were offering the best price. Francisco was very prompt with his Communication and they let me know that the technician found a few other things that needed to be addressed with due to my extended warranty. “My 1998 4Runner rear lift gate was stuck and the latch could not operate. Jose examined and after a few hard pushes the latch worked. He even showed me where the problem is due to the loosen rubber seal and put it back. Guess what is the cost to fix this… a big friendly handshake.

The other person's insurance misquoted the actual damage done and purposefully left my car in the shop for approval to total my car. Parker Robb stayed in contact with me and attempted to get ahold of the insurance company! They worked with me and were very flexible. I would highly recommend them and I will be returning.”
“doug and his team are very informed in what they do and can be counted on to do the job correctly with a quick turnaround.
i dropped off my cummins pickup after over tightening a fitting and cracking the case. they had the transmission out quickly and within a couple days had it torn down and were able to inform me i was going to need a full rebuild rather than the case swap i had come in for. they did not hesitate to send pictures of the smoked clutches and any evidence backing their claim.
they had my truck done in under a week and the price was fair for the quality of work and customer service i received. the technician that performed repairs on my truck also answered any questions that i had so it’s always a plus to get to talk to them. i’d bring them any of my vehicles for transmission work and recommend them to anyone looking.”

I've had my Tesla Model X for 5 years, unfortunately, within those five years, I was involved 2 major accidents, but have experienced 3 different "Tesla" approved shops. The 3rd is Brooks and in so pleased to have stumbled onto this place. Renzo and Jessie are awesome! They do their best to move you up on the shop's very busy schedule and they actually work FOR YOU, and NOT to the whims of insurance companies! “Just got my Lexus LS back from Kee's. There was moderate damage to the driver's side front bumper with minor damage to the driver's side front quarter panel when I brought it in. The entire bumper needed replacing but I was told by Kee that they could fix the existing quarter panel to blend with the headlamp and bumper. His estimate was half of what the other two estimates I received in Walnut Creek. He said he could probably use the existing headlamp if there was no damage to the inside casing and that one of the sensors could possibly be saved, but there was no telling for sure until they took everything apart. As it turned out, the headlamp casing was damaged slightly on the inside so they had to order a new headlamp as well as replace the damaged sensor. Given the extra parts needed, the total cost was only about $400 over the original estimate.
Austin was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and kept me updated on the progress. The job took a little longer than expected due to the fact that the headlamp needed to be ordered and shipped. Better done slow and right than quick and not right. The work was beyond excellent. And their shuttle service with Uber is very timely and efficient.”

“I wanted to share my tremendously positive experience with having my car diagnosed and fixed at this here place. They were quick professional with insurance, it seemed like insurance was trying to take advantage of me, yet they didn't let that happen, they knew how to speak with them, how to put them in their proper place if you will. They know their buisness and above anything know how to fix cars. Quick, vigilant, caring, supportive, professional, and true masters of their craft, both on the ground and in the office. Reccomended 100% Will come to them everytime. I have had my car fixed and everything went extremely well last time, even though I moved to SF (20+ miles away) I came back, agreeing to pay some extra for towing, they didn't dissapoint. I had to tow my car to a dealerhip for diagnosis, due to not being able to come earlier (again I live 20+miles) I asked if it would be fine if I come by after they are closed, they agreed and stayed overtime for me, so just I could egt my car transported; this, among many other things they did for me, shows their attitude for their costumers and their buisness.
Go here if you want to be treated like a fambly. That all I can say.”
