I've had my Tesla Model X for 5 years, unfortunately, within those five years, I was involved 2 major accidents, but have experienced 3 different "Tesla" approved shops. The 3rd is Brooks and in so pleased to have stumbled onto this place. Renzo and Jessie are awesome! They do their best to move you up on the shop's very busy schedule and they actually work FOR YOU, and NOT to the whims of insurance companies! Most of all...the quality level of the finished work performed by this place is truly . If you have a Tesla like me, this is the only place I would recommend! Keep up the good work guys! The staff at this shop was extremely friendly, kind, and efficient. Their estimates for both cost and time to fix the damage were very fair and competitive. I saved significant money and time by choosing to have my work done at Canseco's. I also felt great supporting a family run business that clearly values professionalism and skill.

“I brought my Maserati Ghibli S in for repair services. Service was good overall, but the communication definitely needs improvement. My car took much longer than expected, and I didn't receive updates unless I reached out first. They also didn't follow up with the warranty insurance repairs, so I had to handle that myself. Still giving four stars because the work was completed properly, but the experience could have been smoother.”
“I want to say thank you for the thorough maintenance/service that this facility provided for my vehicle at a fraction of the cost of the previous facility where I used to take my vehicle. At the previous facility they had my vehicle three consecutive times, in total one month. Not only that they couldn't diagnose what was wrong with my vehicle and not having a company vehicle out for a month cost you a lot of money and you lose a lot of opportunities. The knowledgeable staff told me what was wrong with the initial day I checked my vehicle in at Devil Mountain diesel. They even found other components within my steering that were in need of attention, and thankfully they did because if the problem persisted. I would've had to pay for a whole new steering system due to lack of maintenance from the previous facility not only that they performed all repairs, and when something new arose they didn't price gouge me. Thank you for alleviating my problem and giving me peace of mind.”
“Had to bring my car in because my dumb-ass looked down and I struck a curb, which resulted in a badly damaged rim. Assuming I had to replace it, I was in shock at the cost but was quickly put at ease that the rim might be fixable, which I didn't think was an option. John Kim was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and reassuring throughout the rim repair, a multi-point inspection, alignment assessment and providing transportation. I appreciate and look forward to working with him again.”

“I dont live in the area but when I know what I want I will search a wide range. I have to say Walnut Creek not only had the truck with the features I have always wanted but also went the extra mile to find the best credit union for me. Kevin Truong was a great sales rep very communicative and more amazing was knowledgeable about the truck, in my experiences I had found often I knew more than most sales people did. Hank Sales Manager was nice and helpful. My truck needed a new sensor and Fardin Ali in service was amazing. Knowledgeable courteous and nice. I was given a loaner right away and he was very proactive contacting me before I could even think about calling him. They got the sensor asap and replaced it. The service center was very busy and I csn see why. I have utilized over 14 different service centers in the past 15 years and this was by far the best I have experienced. Even my wife was impressed. We will mske the extra drive for service now. I would say ask if they dont have the CDJR product in stock and highly recommend them for sales and service. Thanks”

When I picked the car up, I noticed that it had not been repaired to the specifications that I had thought we agreed upon when I left the car with the shop.
