“I can personally attest to the well deserved 5 rating this shop has here on Yelp. This shop is top notch. I've had my Tesla Model X for 5 years, unfortunately, within those five years, I was involved 2 major accidents, but have experienced 3 different "Tesla" approved shops. The 3rd is Brooks and in so pleased to have stumbled onto this place. Renzo and Jessie are awesome! They do their best to move you up on the shop's very busy schedule and they actually work FOR YOU, and NOT to the whims of insurance companies! Most of all...the quality level of the finished work performed by this place is truly . If you have a Tesla like me, this is the only place I would recommend! Keep up the good work guys! As much as I like your work, I hope I never see you again”

“I had a tire completely blow out on the highway, and Dylan at Hustead’s Autobody in Walnut Creek was an absolute lifesaver. Even though they’re an auto body shop and not a tire place, he and the whole team went out of their way to help me when I really needed it. “Had to bring my car in because my dumb-ass looked down and I struck a curb, which resulted in a badly damaged rim. Assuming I had to replace it, I was in shock at the cost but was quickly put at ease that the rim might be fixable, which I didn't think was an option. John Kim was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and reassuring throughout the rim repair, a multi-point inspection, alignment assessment and providing transportation. “I dont live in the area but when I know what I want I will search a wide range. I have to say Walnut Creek not only had the truck with the features I have always wanted but also went the extra mile to find the best credit union for me. Kevin Truong was a great sales rep very communicative and more amazing was knowledgeable about the truck, in my experiences I had found often I knew more than most sales people did. Hank Sales Manager was nice and helpful. My truck needed a new sensor and Fardin Ali in service was amazing. Knowledgeable courteous and nice. I was given a loaner right away and he was very proactive contacting me before I could even think about calling him. They got the sensor asap and replaced it. The service center was very busy and I csn see why. I have utilized over 14 different service centers in the past 15 years and this was by far the best I have experienced. Even my wife was impressed. We will mske the extra drive for service now. I would say ask if they dont have the CDJR product in stock and highly recommend them for sales and service. Thanks”

Recently, I found that the installation of the windshield was faulty - and even though there could be an argument that this is not their responsibility, Crash Champions honored the warranty for this windshield work. Lennin was assigned to to take care of us and he was there every step of the way taking charge of the project.. it’s never fun having to go through repairs on the vehicle and it’s often time consuming. But this team sourced the replacement rear window within days and had it scheduled so that we could take it to the shop at our convenience and it was done in record time. They also handled all the complicated insurance documentation and all I had to do is sign. I cannot recommend anyone better.!”
