They were a preferred vendor through my auto insurance carrier and I called immediately after my accident, Robert invited me to come by immediately to do an estimate. It took him about 15/20 minutes to get it complete and once I confirmed with the ins carrier I wanted to schedule with Symmons they were able to get my car in the following week and it only took a week to repair the damages. “Really top service and honest in several interactions with multiple vehicles. I also spend a few minutes during check-in and check-out and overhear transparent, polite, and honest discussions with other customers, too! - When a CEL was a very easy fix, Danville Auto didn't even bother to charge me for running diagnostics on the car! - I gladly awarded them my business on a B-service for my AMG and the team was prompt and clear with what work was being performed. - I've also have done a SMOG check with the team and they completed the service promptly and without any issue. One special thing to note - they honored the written coupon price. Beware of other smog centers that love to charge more or "luxury / exotic" vehicles which is such an obvious money grab.”
“Jiffy Lube in Danville- unsung heroes Today there was a sweet teenage looking boy parked with hazard lights on in the middle of San Ramón Valley Blvd before Hartz. His battery gave out, couldn't push the car bc neutral didn't work without the battery. I pulled over to help and happened to be in the Jiffy Lube parking lot. Upon letting them know why I was parking if I may use their lot, 3 guys immediately sprung into action to help much more than I could have. Without hesitation, they got jumper cables, another car from their business pulled up alongside to use that battery to jump, another JL employee got cones to block traffic from behind, it was his first day on the job. It brought tears to my eyes. Way to go hiring A+ selfless people who were incredibly capable and efficient in helping this guy!”
