Kim showed me all the different features, Lendel helped to choose the machine and taught me how to sew, Dave helped to fix my machine very fast when thread got caught inside. Other ladies are always very helpful, I wish I knew everyone’s name. Feeling very thankful to find this store.”

“After my popcorn excursion I decided to stay out a bit and go to Michael's, enjoy the fresh air. I've been watching Bob Ross lately. I find him to be very calming. He's inspired me to tap into my artistic side. I did not purchase anything. I just perused the art section and beading section to get an idea of what I want to start with. Anytime I had a question there was a staff member nearby available to answer my question. Pricing varies by the level of quality you are seeking. Eager to get into my new hobby.”

“I came in having trouble finding a challenging item. I had been to several stores with no success. Upon entering Michael's, I was greeted by an associate. He then gave me details on some of the places I could look in the store for inspiration. After some browsing I asked another associate where to find a specific animal. I walked to the isle and grabbed the exact item I needed. Upon check out I asked for an associate instead of self check because that is what I prefer. The associate who checked me out was fast, friendly, and able to answer my questions about merchandise. I left feeling wonderful. I am a very happy customer who will gladly return again. The store was clean, organized, well stocked, and items were easy to find. This store is being managed very well!”
