I needed a screen replaced on a MacBook and found I Need a Techie. They were able to get the screen fixed in just 3 days compared with 5-6 another business quoted me. Very polite, kept me updated on the progress and even updated the operating system. Great service all around

We needed a techie to setup our IT and camera system in our business and home business. We hired I Need A Techie as they were recommended by one of our business associates. They are very professional and responsive. They setup our IT under their Managed Service Provider that they can monitor and protect our entire computer system. They also installed business cameras and home cameras connected to our IT environment. Their service was excellent, and they communicated everything from the start to the end. Most efficient service. I was having issues with my hardware for my work computer and they were able to come onsite, troubleshoot, even take my device and monitor overnight to make sure things were running smoothly. Even after everything was fixed, they came back and fixed my printer. Extremely professional, very communicative, fast and functional! Great experience and highly recommend.

Sina helped us when we were in such a jam. Brand new laptop got soaked and our son was in the middle of exams. He came to our home to assess and collect the laptop and provided a loaner while he took it to run diagnostics and repair. Our son, typical teenager, forgot to return the loaner immediately while we were out of town. Sina was immeasurably understanding and placid. He is highly communicative, patient, and comprehensive. As like other reviews, I have been scammed too. They had my MacBook for 2 months and had to follow up every couple of days to get a status and get it back. The MacBook is still unusable/unoperable even though I was charged for the repair and the business is not willing to return the money they have charged.

Great service! - Sina is very responsive and has a kind demeanor. He and his team repaired my laptop quickly. When he inspected inside the laptop, he detailed the issues to me clearly so that I knew what was going on and what exactly would need to be replaced or repaired. He even offered to meet at a midpoint location for pickup/drop off. I highly recommend him!
