“I have nothing but good things to say about German Auto Clinic. My mother's 2013 Volkswagen Tiguan left her on the side of the road 100 miles after an oil change and service at the dealer. Long story short, she was told the car either needed a $17,000 engine replacement or my mom had to get a new car.I worked for many years in car sales, so I went to speak to the dealer in the hopes of getting some more information and finding some solution but I was met with dishonesty and indifference.I found German Auto Clinic on Google and gave them a call. Jose was incredible. “My transmission went out while traveling through Pleasanton on a Sunday. We had the van towed to this shop based on their good Yelp reviews. The whole process was simple and pleasant. I got a competitive price and had them proceed with the work. While the work was being done I contracted pneumonia and ended up in the hospital. Well, I didn't end up because I survived, but you know what I mean. This put a delay of a few days on my paying and a few weeks on my picking up the van. They were supportive and didn't give me any hassle even though they were inconvenienced. These are good people and I'll use them again.”

“My grandpa used K&C's for who knows how long before my Grandparents passed. My mom remembered how much my Grandpa would rave about the mechanic who kept their vehicles running (and bought my grandmas Mercedes from). Well after their passing, my car needed work so I gave them a call and brought in my Jeep. I've had random things go out, my Throttle Body, Multi Function Switch. I've needed some batteries replaced, the spark plugs done, oil changes, etc. Each issue I have had, Kevin has run the diagnostics on the car, and then researched the problems. He is honest, doesn't overcharge and they get the work done. Today, my car died and Kevin almost came to jump my car for me but AAA was there quickly. I was able to get my car over to him and he stopped what he was doing and went to replace my battery and replace the terminals as they were bad. He's worked on my mom, stepfather, and brothers cars. We truly feel blessed and happy that we have him and that Ryan (and Honey) greet us when we have to come in. He's the person you don't want to use, but are happy to have on speed dial. “Mike is so great, the first time I went here was about a month ago when I was looking for somewhere convenient to do an oil change that I was due for and I usually go to jiffy lube but it was t convenient for me to go there at the time and I searched for oil changes in the area and found mikes shop and called him and was able to drop off my car within 5 minutes of my call with him about a oil change service. Him and his mechanic were extremely kind and welcoming.As we know being a woman is not easy taking your car to a shop, but they made me feel comfortable and that my car was in good hands. They did my oil change and gave me recommendations for future services as they found the oil plug was not secured properly from my last oil service at jiffy lube. They never pressured me into any other services.Recently my car would not turn over and when I finally got it turned on and was headed in their directions I gave them a call explaining what had happened, Mike remembered be from my previous oil change and told me to bring it by and he and his mechanic took a look at it for me and tested the battery for me and advised me it was getting old and low charge on it. He did not pressure me to get the battery changed there and just gave his advice it was getting old and would have a couple months possibly. I of course did not want to take that risk and asked if he could change it that day if they had time. And he took my car right then and told me he would give me a call once they had the battery to give me the price. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I will be coming back here for any future issues with my car and for routine maintenance as I have found a place I trust.”

They did an excellent job replacing the clutch on my 911 turbo. I also brought my Audi S4 for regular maintenance with the same quality result.
