“I've been taking our vehicles to Alex at Old Town Auto Service for several years. He is always prompt, up front with estimates, quick to let me know if additional work is recommended, and has kept our vehicles running like new.
Right now, the Mobil station where his garage is, is under construction, limiting his visibliity. HE IS OPEN! You can request service on the website, and he is very quick to respond.
I 100% recommend Old Town Auto Service!”
“I had a great experience taking my car here after an accident. They were a preferred vendor through my auto insurance carrier and I called immediately after my accident, Robert invited me to come by immediately to do an estimate. It took him about 15/20 minutes to get it complete and once I confirmed with the ins carrier I wanted to schedule with Symmons they were able to get my car in the following week and it only took a week to repair the damages. I appreciate the great work and excellent service experience with Robert. I believe the prices were very fair as I did compare their estimate with 2 other shops and they were offering the best price. Thanks Symmons!”
“Excellent service. Scheduling updates were provided by text message. Windshield was replaced at a reasonable cost. When I say reasonable, cheaper than dealership for sure.”
“We were on vacation and got a flat. The tire needed replacing. Fortunately Big O had the tire and they got us right in. We were back on the road in no time. They were so nice and helpful. We were grateful for their help in a stressful situation.”
“Excellent repair shop I highly recommend. This time around they replaced suspension and steering and several gaskets. Quick reliable and reasonable. Thank you DSC”

“Excellent & honest service. This is my go to place from know on. Sean checked out a potential car I was going to purchase. He called after doing his inspection, and spoke to me in detail. I really appreciated his direct & honest analysis. Thank you very much!”
“I came in today to have a fluid exchange on both differentials for my Tacoma. The work was fairly priced, done quickly, and all of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Jackson was my main point of contact and he was excellent. I would not hesitate to bring my vehicle to this location in the future.”
