“Special props to Jared, I believe he's a manager at this Costco!! My 3yr old lost her favorite stuffy- you know, the one special stuffed animal that your child can't live without and will have in their childhood memories chest for the rest of their lives. Anyway, it was a raggedy old monkey, but she was devastated when she lost it in the aisles of Costco nonetheless. We came back later that evening to look for it but to no avail. We spoke to Jared about it, he took my number and said he'd look for it. We assumed we'd never see that monkey again. But lo and behold the next day he called and said he found it! I can't thank him enough for taking the time out to search, and then for actually taking the time to call and let us know. It was a simple act but there are plenty of people out there nowadays who would not have even bothered!! Also, this Costco always has a great plant selection.”

“Good customer service I should have done this review a while ago but Enrique was able to help me obtain a new card after loosing mine and he was super nice, helpful and on top of that it was hi cost to replace it! I know this is probably standard but he was really nice and when you go places you can tell when people are in a bad mood and you could tell he was genuine! We talked briefly about school and out goals it was nice :)”

“Went to this Costco for a return... the line was insane.... I don't know if it's because I came on a Friday around 2:00pm... but the line took forever... BUT- the reason for this review is not because I love writing reviews. Its more to recognize the service I received... It's not often that I go to costco and I have extremely helpful people... this Costco however, has always been great. With the line being long, being tired, being annoyed that the line is too long... (lol) when it was finally my turn I was greeted with a big (happy to work here) smile... which you know what they say is contagious... Prado, I think that was his name, he was so helpful, so informative, and it didn't matter if there was a line behind us, he made sure to help me understand any future return questions I had. He seemed sincere and genuine about our quick convo about the Korean BBQ and that's what customers need after waiting in a long line... (yes still talking about that line) So shoutout to Prado (sorry if i got this name wrong) Cheers!”
