“This Bank of the West branch has only one ATM which is wheel chair accessible. It supports the following languages: english, spanish and chinese. There is also a voice guidance feature which I haven’t used. There is parking around the corner which is also wheel chair accessible.”

“John Ray is the most helpful person I've ever seen at any bank. Was able to connect and be talked to as a friend and not just a business associate/client. Was able to help me on opening a savings. And was able to give me great advice on managing my money and how to save. Whatever John is being paid it isn't enough. Likely to only do all work with him and only him. In all my years have never been treated so sincere from a bank.”

My husband and I both agree that we usually only see 2 tellers and Kathy. I just would have thought more people be available to assist. We rarely ever see the manager around.”
