My husband and I both agree that we usually only see 2 tellers and Kathy. I just would have thought more people be available to assist. We rarely ever see the manager around.”

“This review is for the service, not for Bank of America. I was having trouble with depositing at the ATM, and when I went into the bank I was freaking out a bit--because I was feeling upset and desperate, I didn't speak very calmly to the manager. She was compassionate and professional in return, and explained the situation to me as she understood it. I then deposited my checks with the teller, who was also very nice and understanding. I feel bad for not keeping my cool, but I want to thank the staff for being kind, compassionate, and professional.”
