“This Bank of the West branch has only one ATM which is wheel chair accessible. It supports the following languages: english, spanish and chinese. There is also a voice guidance feature which I haven’t used. There is parking around the corner which is also wheel chair accessible.”

“The Banker Kathy R (I don't remember the complete last name. lol) and the Tellers are very nice. They are always welcoming and smiling and available to help. My husband and I both agree that we usually only see 2 tellers and Kathy. I just would have thought more people be available to assist. We rarely ever see the manager around.”
