I tried calling 7 times (spread out during the same day) as I had pressing questions on international transfers, but to no avail. Every single time I called, the automated voice said no one was available to help me. I can’t believe that every time I call, they are busy. am very disappointed.

I was there to open my bank account and it was so nice experience to me as an international student in UC Davis. I went there on a weekday around 1pm. I didn't make any appointment, so I just waited for 5 to 10 minutes. And the male teller was so kind and helped me a lot. Also, the place is neat and clean.

Today is Monday May 15, 2017 in the afternoon. Martin was very personable with assisting me with a check that the signature didn't quite match from the maker of a big bus owner.
