“Aaron did a great job clearing out all the abandoned bikes at our apartment complex! Super fast response, great prices and very easy to work with. We will absolutely use him again and recommend him to any business in town needing a bike sweep! :)”

“This place has the BEST service! I showed up to the parking lot with a bike in my trunk two hours before they opened, and an employee named Sheldon happened to be inside and saw my bike in my car. He came right over and offered to open up shop for me to get my bike in so I didn’t have to come back. Above and beyond!
I came back right before closing to get my bike and on a whim asked if the mechanic could put a kickstand on, which he did even though they were closing.
I also brought some skis and boots I’d gotten second hand, and Kevin at the ski shop got everything compatible and fitted for me in the cheapest way possible.
Finally, when I was waiting in line to check out with my bike and skis and everything, Kevin was already out the door off his shift but saw me waiting and so came back into the shop to ring me up so I didn’t have to wait.
I don’t think I’ve ever been in a place with so many employees that all exhibit such above and beyond customer service (only rivaled by Trader Joe’s, of course).”

“Not your typical bike store. Not your typical bike mechanic. But Rich is one cool dude. His shops been around for over 40 years, and his shop charges the least for bike repairs.
I've come here for several occasions to get minor bike fixes. Rich does them quick, and sometimes does some repairs for free.
His stores got plenty of affordable used bikes. I haven't tried, but I'm sure you can haggle with him to get a better deal. His hours are pretty reasonable, and it's never really busy here.
If you need an affordable fix, a simple tune-up, or not picky about owning a used bike, Rich's shop is one of the rest around.”
“Located off Olive Dr, the Green Bicycle Depot is a small budget bike shop that sells used bikes and services bikes. I came here to have the derailleur adjusted because the chain on a new bike I bought for my son keeps coming off when shifting. One quick look the guy (can't remember his name, but is a Filipino guy) at the shop noticed the chain was too long and needed to be cut. I believe that was $5 to do and then the to adjust the derailleur, it was going to cost $30 ($35 total). He said to leave the bike there and he will call later when it is completed. I decided to go grab some lunch while I waited for the bike to be completed. He called a couple hours later and said the bike was done and ready to be picked up. When I arrived he said the chain was bent in a spot, so those were the links he removed. He also said one of the adjustments on the derailleur was broken as the derailleur that came with the bike was cheap. He also made a few other adjustment to the bike for free which was greatly appreciated.
If you need to purchase a used bike, need some adjustments on your bike or need to fix/replace any parts, Green Bicycle Depot is a great place for budget price.”

“Time and time again Nelson and company of Davis Cyclery have taken care of me and anything bicycle related. It's not cheap, but they are honest, fast working, any only sell products they believe in and use themselves. I used to doubt Nelson. That he was just pushing unnecessary products onto me... Oh was I so wrong. Even when the product worked amazing, but had manufacturer defects, Nelson instantaneously replaced the product like it was nothing to him. In the realm of the bicycles, in Nelson I trust. thanks, Nelson/Jake/Daniel. Yall have a customer for life. For monetary reference, I have dropped like $600+ USD with Davis Cyclery for services and products. I come back because they are very nice people. ???”

“Very nice guy. He was able to get me in last minute at the end of the day. He put a new tube in my flat tire for $15 total (parts + labor) and it took less than 10min. He told me if I had any problems with the new tube I could come back within seven days and he’d fix it for free. I’ve used his repair services before and he’s always given me great service, fast, at an affordable price.”
“Brought my ebike in for a repair after another company tried and failed to fix a flat tire (it went flat after a day or so) and they repaired not only my tire but a few other things on my bike. The total cost was 31 bucks. Additionally they explained how the other shop messed up by using a tire that tears at the valve easily.”
