I recco it to all my friends, ALL the time (ESPECIALLY if they're low on funds like me!). Don't have what u need? Come back next week they might very well have it! Have also found items that were tremendous values that I wasn't necessarily looking for when I went there, but had to have what I saw it! TREMENDOUS values on used bikes to! “Took my sons E-bike in for service. It took a few months which I was not concerned being that I knew they were pretty back up in orders and could not get to mines right away. Also kept in mind that they had to deal with parts and service from China which of course lead time can be long.
Regardless I stayed patience and trusted they can get my sons bike up and running.
Jim did an awesome job on my my son Jaison bike and he reassured me that I will not be left hanging and if the same issue occurs he will take care of it.

“I remember when this was East Sac Bikes & Boards. So when I saw the new signage, I went in to check it out.
The mechanic was friendly and told me the new owner's name is Damian. I knew right away who that was. A month or so later, I returned and purchased a 7-speed men's cruiser. Damian was there, and remains the same nice guy and professional I knew back when he was managing the old College Cyclery on 21st (now closed) - but a great run of some 75 years.
I like to support local shops, and that's why I chose Neighborhood Bike Shop. It's nothing big and fancy like Mike's or the new Specialized shop on K, but they have nice bikes and some very nice MTBs, and that's all that matters to me.”

“I had an amazing experience at Laid Back Cycles!
I’d been interested in trying an electric recumbent trike as I had to stop riding my two-wheel due to injury and balance issues. I was able to test-ride an e-recumbents and found that with the wide and stable wheelbase, pedal-assist, and accessibility addition options, they felt perfect for my situation.
They’re difficult to find, let alone find somewhere where I could do demos of different options to compare. Luckily, I heard about Laid Back at my physical therapy clinic and had the chance to do all of those, plus get advice from experts about my many novice questions. Everyone I talked with was extremely helpful and enthused. I’m so excited about riding again (and let me just say that these things are *fun*)
