Been living here for 2 yrs and it’s been the best housing I’ve been to so far. Besides the roaches and small kitchens, I wouldn’t think to fix a thing.

I've been here for two years and Chaparral has never let me down. Love the management and people here. I also love the activities and events that Chaparral hold once in a while. The 24-hour amenities (pool/hot tub/study room/laundry) are super convenient. I'm definitely going to miss the spacious hot tub.

Incredible place to live!!!!! Everything from the Pool, Friendly staff, Landscaping to the Giveaways, Spacious apartments, free WiFi and the Amazing maintenance team. I've been happily living there for 3 years now and it keeps getting better every year.
