I don't have any complain about your service. But, you should train your employee to provide the correct information to the customer. I got wrong information form the agent and I had to pay additional day for misinformation. They also charged me for fuel although the car was refueled at the level it was picked

Great customer service. My insurance messed something up in the reservation and they were willing to call and wait on hold for me to get things cleared up. Had my rental within an hour.
