About Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Enterprise Rent-A-Car offers a generally great and easy to use experience with very reasonable service. The staff are consistently noted as professional, very helpful, friendly, and able to provide quick, stress-free set-up to get customers on the road quickly. Many locations feature a great selection of clean, sanitized vehicles and an easy, low-touch rental process. Reservations and returns are often described as easy to do, both online and in person. Some customers express disagreement with certain limitations on debit card usage, noting it as an annoying policy. Others mention that the required deposit can be annoyingly huge. Despite these points, the overall sentiment is that the service is worth it. The business is highly recommended for its ability to deliver and fill car rental needs efficiently, with a network of thousands of locations.

Renting was a smooth process and done in a timely manner. Andres Lucatero was quick to help and assisted me with options for an extension too.

My experience was fast and easy. Made the reservation online and was able to pick up my rental the next morning. Josh was the manager that day and he was professional and fast!
