Fountain Circle Townhomes is a conveniently located and reasonably priced complex popular with college students. It is near a Safeway, various restaurants, and active bus lines going to campus locations. The service desk and maintenance team are noted for being really responsive, great, and prompt in attending to issues, which range from repairs and noise complaints to leaking windows. Jobs, however, sometimes require follow-up as they are not done quite right the first time. Apartments are very clean and well taken care of upon moving in. The staff hosts a variety of events and giveaways during the school year. The laundry and parking can get crowded due to the number of residents. The provided Wifi is generally sufficient. It is overall a nice, quiet place to get work done, with the expected handful of college parties.
Overall, pretty good. You get a little more than what you pay for.

I lived here after dorming for three years (2018-2021) and loved it here! Convenient location, reasonably priced, and great maintenance! All issues were always fixed promptly and having the bus stop right outside the complex was very convenient!
