Really affordable, close by Trader Joe’s, I love having the park nearby. The management has been really helpful when I need something. I’ve been here a year and change and have had a great time!

If I knew $728 in Davis was considered cheap enough to warrant an apartment with a shabby motel style I would have thought twice. If you're moving in get ready to clean because the tenants do not clean before leaving. Good luck. I'm still worried about dust.
