Parque Plaza is considered the best value in Davis, with a price you can't beat. The apartment manager is amazing, easy going, kind, caring, responsive, and professional. The interior is well kept, and the grounds and laundry room are clean. While it may not be the most beautiful property and some units have issues like mold from lacking ventilation, maintenance and management are reliable. Its location is ideal, especially for families. Many residents love it and miss it after moving away.

I have lived here going on almost 3 years and I absolutely love it here. You can't beat the price in Davis. Crystal the apartment Manager is amazing to work with. It's an ideal location for me because I have kids going into high school, so having the high school right across the street is perfect for us.

So every time I call these apartments no one answers. That must be nice not to return calls but if I did that at work I’d be fired. future tenants if you have problems with this management contact Simmons real estate they are owners of this place.
