“Taking my dog here was like stepping into a five-star doggy resort. The staff gave me the grand tour of the pet wash like I was some kind of dog-washing rookie (which, let’s be real, I am), and showed me how to bribe my dog into climbing the stairs to the tub. They handed me an apron, because they clearly knew my dog likes to bathe me too! and even gave him a plastic collar to keep his ‘real’ one dry. They told me to just leave the mess behind. I felt like a monster for even thinking about it, but they were so nice I caved and left everything, like a guilty criminal sneaking away from the scene.

Then they showered my dog with so many treats that he walked out a pound heavier, practically waddling. To top it all off, they gave me a free token for buying three, like I needed more reasons to come back. And the little girl with chestnut eyes in corduroy pants? Total pro and probably the brains behind that pet wash. It was the most luxurious dog bath experience ever, though I’m pretty sure I still owe them an apology for the mess I didn’t clean up! Rockie says thanks too!”

“I would give petco grooming 10 stars if i could. NATALIE!!! is your doodle hairgirl. First off- Natalie is so sweet and friendly! I love her energy & personality she's truly a gem. She knows exactly what to do and is so detailed in what she offers. She also made sure i got the discounts available with vital care perks. Her service is great, her energy is awesome, and her care/love for the pups radiate in our interaction. My dog went in shaky because she doesn't like grooming but she came out so happy and GORGEOUS. The full groom/cut is definitely on the pricier side, but I think I found my place. It's the best cut hodu has gotten EVER. The package upgrade is inclusive of most service options (nail buffing, ear cleaning, anal gland expression, etc) that other places have offered individually as add-ons for more $$. I dropped my dog off for about 4-5 hours and was really pleased with the results! Natalie is definitely a popular groomer so it's best to book in advance. Also, she added the cutest st patrick accessories ever... i'm in love & very happy!”

“Amazing service!! My daughter wanted a hamster (under my supervision). We went to Petco after we had the worst customer service at pet supplies. We were greeted when we came in. My daughter picked out a cage and food and we had questions on the different types of hamsters. The kind human that helped us gave us the information we needed to decide we would like the bigger hamster. We were allowed to meet the hamster in person before we bought the hamster. After we chose the hamster we wanted we were helped with choosing the right size cage and accessories. Such wonderful customer service. Sadly I didn't catch the amazing human that helped us but we appreciate them and will start doing our shopping at Petco I love the fact that they actually cared about our questions and helped us every step of the way.”
