We were placed in a room with a connector door, which we were not warned about. The walls are thin, and there was too much air space around the connector door :( :( making it possible to hear the goings on of the neighbors :( if you value a good night's sleep after travel, DO NOT STAY HERE. Also, we were placed in a room at the front of a building. Anytime anyone would enter the building the door would slam, which affected the wall of our room.

We were pleasantly surprised at how clean, quiet and affordable this modern newly remodeled hotel was check-in was very easy. We booked last minute. It’s right off the freeway very convenient pleasant experience. Very safe.

This is an odd hotel. Seems like it was bought out and updated which is nice, but has some of the old hotel showing. It was clean and had laminate floor which was a plus. There was an odd smell in our room the first day but room was nice. I was real disappointed to find out that the music they were playing in the lobby and the pool area was uncensored versions of pop songs. Several F bombs were heard blasting from the speakers before I decided to take my kids back inside. Pool area was decent besides that which was sad because we wanted to enjoy our time there, I just don't want my 4 year old repeating the lyrics of these songs.

Excellent service. Clean rooms and nothing broken kept up very nicely. Property very tidy and well manicured. Staff very attentive and professional. Very close to UC Davis just 13 minutes away 3 exits on the freeway. Thank you for an excellent stay. Definitely will stay here again

Rooms were recently remodeled. The kiosk check-in was a little bit weird with the virtual assistant, but it was fine. The pool was great. The staff was nice. The location couldn’t have been better for being at the Davis soccer tournament. Downtown is excellent and it’s only 10 minutes away. Overall we had a great time.

Staff was so amazing very accommodating and helpful.

Virtual front desk was off-putting.
Pole in the bathroom was disturbing, with its rust.
Toilet paper was cheap. Not very good conditioner.
Bedrooms and halls were clean, smelled calm and relaxing.

This hotel is the first in a long time where I walk in the room and its exceptionally clean. It looks like a brand new room. I don't think I saw any dust whatsoever. I was impressed so that I hated to leave.

It was quite and nice only thing I didn't like was the fact they have dish as cable and you can't cast your phone to the TV other than that it was a nice time and place to just get away and have a quite place to be night and day. Peaceful on the bottom floor to didn't hear no stomping from anyone upstairs from me

We enjoyed staying at this hotel whenever we visited Davis. However, today’s breakfast was less options than normal. Overall, everything is great!
