“Standard U-Haul rental experience. App makes it easy to make a reservation, but it still requires you upload your driver’s license when you’re picking up in person (even though the system already had it from the prior rental). Seems like a corporate IT issue, so not the location’s problem. Small office, but fast and friendly service.”

“We had a good experience here. We needed a van for only a couple of hours to move a bed, dresser, and some other large items. I called in advance and reserved a van without any problems. The gentleman at the counter seemed very knowledgeable and was clear and concise with us as to what the process was.Returning the van was easy and there were no problems or issues.Overall, this was a great experience. The van was in good condition. I like the fact that the vans have backup cameras (they show the video in the rear view mirror itself). I would rent from here again.TIP: When you get to the driveway, the gate will be closed (or at least it was when we showed up). You simply have to go to the callbox (left side of the driveway when entering) and the attendant will talk to you and open the gate.”
