“Standard U-Haul rental experience. App makes it easy to make a reservation, but it still requires you upload your driver’s license when you’re picking up in person (even though the system already had it from the prior rental). Seems like a corporate IT issue, so not the location’s problem. Small office, but fast and friendly service.”
“Moving is a stressful time and it was very comforting to work with Nora - the manager of the location from which I am renting. I visited the location to confirm that it is clean and well managed. When talking with Nora to determine whether Extra Space is the right place to store my belongings, it was clear that she is knowledgable and on top of things. She made it easy to determine the space size that I needed and made move-in day, a breeze. I feel comfortable storing my belongings at Extra Space, knowing that Nora is there.”
“The staff at this location specifically Mr Jared and Miss Cindy go above and beyond out of their way to solve any problems explain any potential issues especially when it comes to other locations especially when it appeared that a staff member was trying to take advantage of my mother but if you have any questions or concerns you can call this location and they will troubleshoot and give it to you straight overall the staff at this location are a rare breed they treat you as a human knowing that a move is a stressful time and are very kind and compassionate”

“We had a good experience here. We needed a van for only a couple of hours to move a bed, dresser, and some other large items. I called in advance and reserved a van without any problems. The gentleman at the counter seemed very knowledgeable and was clear and concise with us as to what the process was.Returning the van was easy and there were no problems or issues.Overall, this was a great experience. The van was in good condition. I like the fact that the vans have backup cameras (they show the video in the rear view mirror itself). I would rent from here again.TIP: When you get to the driveway, the gate will be closed (or at least it was when we showed up). You simply have to go to the callbox (left side of the driveway when entering) and the attendant will talk to you and open the gate.”
