“Went right before they closed on a weekday and it didn’t get busy until right after I got there. I was immediately helped by Lucy at the teller counter and she was really sweet and patient with me checking all the details. When they did get busy, it seemed that someone made sure the customer in line knew they’ll be helped as soon as possible.”
