When walking into a bank, customers need more than just a transaction to deposit or withdraw money from tellers behind the counter. We appreciate a welcoming smile, warmth, personality, and a genuine desire to help.
Mikaela embodied all of that. She was friendly, attentive, and truly made me feel valued as a customer.
Brandon also provided outstanding service when I opened a credit card account. He is clearly passionate about his work, and you can feel his sincere desire to guide and support customers every step of the way. Brandon is a WINNER!
My only suggestion is to have a more private room, a more enclosed room for customer privacy so other customers cannot hear what your business is about.

“I believe the gentleman that helped me set up my account was Nick, and without an appointment, late in the day, he graciously helped me set up a money market account and never hesitated to assist. That kind of service made all the difference. If he would have sent me away with my check in hand, I may have chosen another bank with which to establish a relationship, but because of the excellent customer service I received, I will definitely remain a customer.
