“Went in to get a car wash. Went through the car wash and hardly nothing was working. Went inside and explained that the car did not get washed. The clerk made me feel like I was lying but he ended up giving me credit to go through again. I had an appointment but afterwards I came back and went through and everything worked correctly. $8 for a basic wash. Glad it worked the second time.”

“I didn’t have to Tesla key fob, so I left my phone in the car. By the time the car was finished with the wash, car was locked with my phone inside. Saul, an employee there, gave me his private phone to call my wife, who didn’t answer, and then Tesla. Tesla opened my car remotely, after answering security questions. So grateful to Saul and the team for their patience and understanding. Car was beautifully clean too.”

“We've been going to this gas station off and on over the past 5 years when we visit the area and we will be zooming thru again in November this year and when i saw some of the reviews that were bad I was a little concerned and wrote to chevron and got a nice email from corporate then a nice call from the stations' manager Kevin who both ensured that the bathroom CAN be used by customers getting gas and you can even call ahead to be sure before going... They have GREAT customer care and even though bathroom use is not a fun conversation, well, its only human, and when getting gas and paying for treats too before a long journey out of town back home, best to use the facilities.
