Because the documents were incorrectly when they returned, Jerel printed a new set and labeled which pages to sign clearly and mailed them back to my mom. I wished we accepted Jerel's assistance the first time around, although Fidelity's customer service tried to do that. Embarrassingly this was our mistake and legal documents can be overwhelming to understand. Jerel saved us time and postage getting the documents re-notarized and scanned into the system - I cannot express enough thanks for his kindness and excellent customer service!
