“I highly recommend this store! I purchased Fresh black garlic seasoned salmon and it was perfect. It was fresh and flavorful. I pan fried it in avocado oil for about 12 minutes and it was just right. There was a huge selection of teas, produce and rustic breads. I love their bulk bins - lots of healthier snacks to choose from like unsalted nuts and dried fruits. Their bulk spices are ridiculously cheap, too. They have a good selection of meat and poultry, though I don't know how good/fresh their fish is. Parking is easy on weekdays - I don't know how bad it gets on the weekend.”

“It's not a big store, considering the size of other Whole Foods. The biggest one I've been to is in Virginia, where it's pretty much the size of a Costco. But considering all the other Whole Foods I've been to in California, this is one of the smaller ones I think. However they seem to have most of everything I need. The one thing that I did find exciting is the Chia Pudding bar. I've actually never seen one before. Overalll, it's a bit cramped. I didn't get a chance to spend too much time there since I was in a time crunch. I hope to go back and walk every aisle more. My only complaint is that it's so damn far. San Diego needs more Whole Foods. I moved to SD from Pasadena, where there were 2 Whole Foods in that one city alone. I just wish they opened one more inland, towards the Poway area.”
