“I’ve been shopping at the Sprouts in 4S Ranch for a while now, and it has become a regular stop for my weekly groceries. It sits in a convenient spot in the 4S Commons Town Center, and it offers a much better, more manageable shopping experience than the massive supermarket chains. I give it a solid 4 out of 5 stars.
The main reason to come here is the produce. The fruits and vegetables are always fresh, well-stocked, and neatly organized right when you walk in. Their prices on organic items are fair, and if you catch their weekly sales, you can get some really good deals. It feels more like a local market than a corporate grocery store.
The bulk bins are another big plus. It is really convenient to grab exactly the amount of nuts, grains, or dried fruit you need without paying for extra packaging. Right next to that section, they have a good meat and seafood counter. The staff behind the counter are helpful, and they have a solid selection of grass-fed beef and marinated chicken cuts that make cooking dinner a lot easier.
The only reasons I’m not giving it five stars come down to a few everyday annoyances. Because the store has a smaller footprint, the selection of standard household pantry staples is limited. If you need specific mainstream brand-name products, you’ll probably have to make a second stop at a larger grocery store down the street.
Additionally, the parking lot in this plaza can get frustratingly crowded, especially during the weekend rush. Because it’s a popular spot, the checkout lines tend to back up quickly during peak hours. The cashiers are always polite and work hard, but the store could definitely use a couple of self-checkout lanes to speed up the process for people who are just grabbing a few quick items.
Overall, it’s a clean, dependable neighborhood store with great fresh food and friendly employees. If you focus on fresh ingredients and healthy eating, it’s easily one of the best options in the area. 🙏”
“We’ve always had good experiences at Sprouts, but we visited a new (for us) location during a trip and the employees Hector and Sarah went above and beyond to assist us! We have toddlers and they engaged them and made their experience great as well.”

“What a charming little shop, with a super friendly and lovely young lady working there. This cute shop has a great variety of essential oils, organic dried herbs, crystals, and even a great book selection on herbs and nutrition. They also have a nice variety of herbal and CBD infused chocolate bars. Worth visiting!”
“Monica was super sweet and attentive to my mother. My mom just got her EBT card and she is barely learning about the benefits. We actually heard about the $60 credit for fresh fruits and vegetables from FHCSD.
Monica took her time to explain how the program works and even told her about other programs she wasn’t aware of.

“Love this place. I have been coming here with my family off and on for over a decade. I now live halfway across the country and still make it a destination stop. The packaged sandwiches in the photos are absolutely delicious and are handmade by Mai, sorry if I spelled your name wrong. My go to papaya salad is always delicious like always?”

“Whenever we are in San Diego and need a quick bite to eat, we always go to Lazy Acres natural market. We normally go for their tuna bowl. It is tasty, filling and well worth the price. There is plenty of free parking on the premises. There is outdoor seating, a microwave to heat up store bought food. The store is fully stocked with specialty foods, nuts and vitamins. The staff is friendly.”
“This is an essential sports drink for athletes of all levels. If you are an age grouper, you will benefit from it. Your body simply needs these pure electrolytes! If you are a professional, you might want to drink it for breakfast, lunch and dinner. For good or bad, their products are not as well spread as some. Again, note that the company is now based out Carlsbad and called Vitalyte.”

“Such a great exchange area. Walking in, it mirrored a Macys/Target/Century21 (store in East Coast) feel. I would shop here way more - if I lived closer and with my Navy friend. As many have mentioned, not everyone can access this place. I definitely liked their sunglasses/shades department - for the $5 glasses deals and assortment of styles. Definitely saw better deals in shoes, clothing, bags, etc. I'm one that loves to shop for a good deal. If it's not a deal I consider good, consider my wallet closed. They had a couple of amusing packets of things - like those gifts to make your life easier. The best thing? Everything is tax free. Humongous parking lot. Pretty clean.”
