It was very exasperating and I am not 100% sure the issue was resolved until I attempt to fill my RX on the 21. If not I told them I may end up reaching back out to United Health to see if their formulary covers my medication. I truly believe if you sign up for a year to year plan and the drug you are taking is on their list , it should be honored for the commitment of that calendar year. We will see. I love all my drs with Sharp and I think I can speak for all drs with Sharp the medical system is broken and that someone higher up has the power to make decisions for them is crazy.”

First, I scheduled an appointment online through their website, which allows you to choose a day and time on when you want to come in for your services (note: you can also schedule an appointment by calling their number as well). The day of my appointment, I got an email saying I had to reschedule. Life happens! I simply rescheduled for the next day around the same time frame. Day of appointment went smoothly. As soon as I arrived, the lady who was working there (I believe it was Khan) asked for my paperwork, identification, and went to work.
