While Sharp has made meaningful improvements to its broker portal, there are still some technological limitations that make it difficult to provide a fully seamless, start-to-finish service experience. For example, the inability to select a primary care physician during enrollment- both on CoveredCA and within the broker portal- creates additional steps for both agents and members.
