They answer phone when you call, know whats going on, never a line. Just a great local place. And they have always had all perceptions available (which id been worried about)”

“Found this place while doing a Google search for one of my most expensive supplements. I'm trying to move away from Amazon and looking to support small businesses. Arcana was the closest location to me (I'm in LA) so I decided to give them a shot.
I was going to save maybe a couple bucks compared to Amazon but I was more concerned with shipping. I made sure to order my supplement with good time, well before I finished what I had left. Well, let me tell you, I didn't need to do that. My order arrived NEXT DAY! “The pharmacists are extremely kind and helpful. Having had kidney transplant and always not in a great mood they are extremely patient. Also cheaper than CVS! It's worth the ride to La Jolla not to wait in understaffed long lines and having people who know what they're doing.
Another plus is the swiftness of their telephone service!

“Easiest vaccine I've had in both time and administration. I was running late to make the family Dr. appointment to get our flu vaccines, and decided the drive from Miramar to Mission Valley for a 1 min appointment wasn't worth it. So, I booked an appointment to get the flu shot at the CVS since that's where I get my prescriptions and knew our insurance was accepted.
All in all, a great experience. I made the appointment online for the next day with plenty of times to choose from (vs 3 weeks out and before 4pm for the Dr office), got an email notification with a calendar link and a text notification the day of, thanks!
I walked up to the counter with two people ahead of me. A pharmacist behind the counter asked if I had an appointment and checked in yet. Yes to the appointment, not to checking in. She checked me in while in line, told me to sit down, and within 2 minuets was there with the shot.
The least painful shot I've ever received and it was done. Maybe 5 min total from walking into the store to leaving. I'm pretty sure we'll be going there from now on. Thanks!”

“I highly recommend La Jolla Discount Pharmacy. The owner, David, went out of his way to find a medication prescribed by my fertility doctor that he did not currently have in stock. Including visiting multiple pharmacies to pick it up for me. David spent time reviewing with me how to use the meds and provided his number in case I had any questions, especially after hours. Your entire clientele is in need of medication, likely not feeling well (or supporting someone they love who isn't well), and even if they are lucky enough to have insurance that helps with costs, they'd all probably rather not have to do business with you.
Somehow, in spite of these inherent challenges, the team at this Vons powers through. There's never much of a line, and I've found their staff to be incredibly helpful and caring.”

The receptionist over the phone was very kind and showed great attention to detail, to the point of respecting my questions and preferences enough to have a transparent answer to them. The dealer or delivery driver was also nice, and after signing for the meds, I found a stress ball and a pen included with my medication. I'm very happy with this company and I look forward to teaming with them in another couple weeks. My insurance paid for everything so there was no mention of payment at any time when interacting with Genova. Great people, great company, great care.”

“I came here for a last minute item (around 8pm on Tuesday night) and couldn't find it for the life of me. The employee stocking shelves (older gentleman with glasses - I forgot to get his name) who was stocking in the plumbing fixtures section was extremely helpful and very courteous. He went out of his way to help me, and was very friendly, and knew exactly where the item was that I was looking for. Despite it being on the other side of the store. I wish I got his name, but hopefully based off of the information I provided you're able to narrow it down and recognize him for going above and beyond.”
