“This is one of those hidden gem places that IYKYK and if you don't, you may never find out. If you have not purchases tires there, they may or may not patch tires for free. I have experienced both outcomes. Later, I made a mistake identifying my trim and ordered the wrong tires. Issue was found at install time. These guys were so gracious about it and did not make me feel like an idiot. They did not charge any labor fee or re-stock fee. Every tire option I got a quote for beat DT and the labor charge was lower too. They don't take appointments but the crew works very fast, in teams. This is a no frills place - no pop-corn, fancy lounge, etc. This is good as it keeps costs low and those get passed on to clients. Great shop and crew, highly recommend.”

“So far, so good! I got tires here last year for two cars and have been back for air checks and tire rotations. The service has consistently been fast, efficient, and on time.
The only downside with this particular location is that they don’t offer wheel alignments, so they have to refer you to another location or sometimes the shop behind them can do it. Other than that, I’ve had no issues. Customer service is excellent, and the staff is always helpful and professional.
Overall, I’ve had a great experience and would definitely recommend this location!”

“Battery light came on the night before, I booked an appointment late night after hours and they confirmed it next morning. Figured I needed a new alternator and I was right they also said that I needed a new belt which was reasonable. The guy helping me out was very knowledgeable and kind, he answered all questions I had and helped me understand things more. Doing some research at home they were within the price range of the parts and labor so I wasn’t surprised by the price. I overall would recommend and go back to them for more services.”

“Also known as America's Tire. Clean facilities, very helpful staff. No matter where you are they take care of you. Fix flats,new tires, rims. NO alignment. Go back every 5-6 thousand miles for free tire rotation and balance. Nothing to say but good things about this company. Lifelong customer.”

“The staff was no hassle and helpful. They hooked me up with the best tires for my cargo van--at the right price! I walked in without an appointment and was completely finished in an hour and a half. The area around the shop has some great restaurants and stores all in walking distance. There's a new Korean market location across the busy street with an asian restaurant area in construction and almost done. Get your tires done, and, even go to Cheetah's if that's your thing. Smoke a cigar in a lounge, eat Michelin Star Ramen, and hunt for cheap objects you don't really need at the Japanese store. So much more in walking distance to this particular location.”

The management team and techs are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.They’ve taken care of my truck recently and even helped some of my family get back on the road when they had car troubles in the past. The only complaint I have, is my hubcaps were not put on correctly and I did not know till one fell off the next day and noticed two other hubcaps were sticking out. I’ve only had my hubcaps for 3 weeks so that really hurt to have lost one. I guess my advice would be to remove your hubcaps or have someone remove them for you before you go there to get new tires.”

“I had a really great experience at Discount Tire.
The appointment system is excellent — I got reminders, could check in when I was on my way, and let them know when I arrived. The whole process was smooth and efficient, with very little wait time.
They had to order my tires from another location, but they arrived the next day, and when I came in a few days later, the install took only about 45 minutes. They even honored an online discount that had technically expired, which I really appreciated.
What stood out most was the service after the install. I noticed a ticking sound when I left, and before I even got back inside, someone came out to help. A technician took the time to drive with me, then brought the car back in, removed and rebalanced all four tires, and did a thorough inspection to make sure everything was right. That level of attention and willingness to go the extra mile was impressive.
In the end, the issue resolved itself after breaking them in with some freeway driving, but the team’s responsiveness and professionalism really stood out.
