“What a nice group of guys!!! We went in looking for batteries for our car key fob and they had them. We didn't have a tiny screwdriver to change out the battery so they let us use one of theirs. We had our dog with us (it was over 100° outside) and they had no issue with us bringing him inside. It wasn't a life-ending situation obviously but they were friendly, helpful and warm...and it was just genuinely nice to interact with such a nice staff. 5 stars for sure!!”
“Literally had the worst day. I’m four months pregnant with high risk pregnancy and had my car refuse to start at my ob doc apt. I finally made it to O’Reillys where the manager, I think his name is Ray, was so kind and helpful. I was definitely crying and emotional with everything going on, he was super calm and helped me replace my battery and was just a great person to me when I was having a really bad day. Didn’t try to take advantage of me clearly being emotional and try to upcharge me or anything, he actually helped me out a lot and made sure I was okay before I left.”
“Super helpful!! My check engine light came on and I went straight there. They diagnosed it within a few minutes and it said the problem was my catalytic converter. The O'Reilly employee said my car was too new for that and that I should try a $30 product called Cataclean first. I did and it totally worked! He saved me time and money, thanks so much!!”

“An assistant manager named Jesus (if I remembered correctly) saved me from having potiential issues with my car. My car wouldn’t start because the terminal was loose and broken. My neighbor tightened the terminal for me. When I arrived I mentioned to the assistant manager what happened not only he helped replace a new terminal, he also found out the battery was in bad condition after testing the battery. So I got a new battery and he installed both the battery and terminal for me.”
