“I went in last week because my mom lost her phone and she wanted her own plan. Jaime the sales representative was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She spoke Spanish as well and assisted my mother with all the details she needed. It’s very rare to get great customer service now a days but they exceeded our expectations. We definitely let Elizabeth her manger know she did a wonderful job & needs recognition. Both ladies were wonderful & helpful. Thanks ladies.”

“I had an excellent experience at this location, thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by the manager, David. From the moment I arrived, he made sure all of my questions were answered and that my needs were fully met. Even though the store was extremely busy, David remained patient, professional, and attentive with every customer. It’s rare to find that level of customer care these days, and it truly made a difference in my experience. I don’t mind making the 30-minute drive because exceptional customer service like this is worth it. David’s professionalism and dedication to his customers are a true asset to the store. Highly recommend this location.”
