“On Monday, June 2, 2025 I walked into Metro by T Moble's Indio, CA location, my daughters phone was non operable. We decided to get two new phones and a tablet and transfer to T-Moble.
A total nightmare! Instead of driving 45 minutes back to Indio on June 4, 2025 with the newly arrived phones we went to the Desert Hot Springs location. That's when they tried numerous times to get my line connected with no helpfrom the T-Mobil representatives
The manager Vedder, has exceptional customer service skills. He has gone over and beyond to help getting me connected. He has done all he can do with his limited Metro abilities.

“This is one of my favorite 7-Elevens. Always well stocked with good stuff. Something for everyone here. The employees are very hard working and friendly. Especially Yolanda. She is the best. Very kind every time I come in. The hot cases are always filled and fresh. ? ? ?”
“Somehow they only play opera loudly outside of this location, and somehow I am slowly learning the music. I believe it's to keep the homeless from in front of the store. It doesn't work fully. The area is sketchy for sure. I try and limit my visiting. But the service is okay. And the food I get here will usually be snackies. **get the coffee cake** My favorite thing ever is to make tea or a hot cocoa concoction lol I'd give this a location a 7/10”
