“On Monday, June 2, 2025 I walked into Metro by T Moble's Indio, CA location, my daughters phone was non operable. We decided to get two new phones and a tablet and transfer to T-Moble.
A total nightmare! Instead of driving 45 minutes back to Indio on June 4, 2025 with the newly arrived phones we went to the Desert Hot Springs location. That's when they tried numerous times to get my line connected with no helpfrom the T-Mobil representatives
The manager Vedder, has exceptional customer service skills. He has gone over and beyond to help getting me connected. He has done all he can do with his limited Metro abilities.
