“I needed a clean safe place in Desert Hot Springs to store my things after moving from Morongo Valley. I didn't have a lot of money, I didn't have alot of time, I only had one day to make it happen. I found SecureCare Storage online. I was able to reserve my unit, once I was loaded up and ready for the move I quickly paid the $29 one time fee, got the first month free, all online without seeing or speaking to anyone. I signed the rental agreement , they sent me my gate code, all once again online. Once there I punched my new code in went to my reserved unit , unloaded and because I did not have a lock I was able to purchase one on-site for 19.95. I was welcomed by two helpful young ladies. I signed a physical copy for their files of the agreement they were more than happy to review the rules and made sure I was clear on our new rental agreement. Didn't take no more than 5 minutes. I locked up my unit satisfied with the service I felt confident that my belongings were in a secure place.

Shortly after that, Maria, the Manager herself called. She was so good that I didn't need the three-day hold. I didn't need a one-day hold. That's because I was one-day sold instead.
Maria was the consummate salesperson. She wanted to close the deal. There was nothing wrong with that. What was right about that was her approach to making that happen. Friendly but never pushy, thorough, Informed, and caring. Maria earned my business, and when the extra mile to close this deal with a smile.

Kory then backed up all that sweet talk with a big unit with smart locking features. Walked me through the process and made me feel at home and knowledgeable about technology. I don't do much technology, but the Kid took great care of us.”
