My only concern is this: While I moved into a larger unit, Prime Storage has a policy of not refunding a pro rata share of our unused monthly prepaid fee. I moved out nearly 30 days before my next bill was due, but no refund. It would be great if Prime Storage would reconsider this policy.”

We booked online after hours and the unit was clean and ready when we arrived the next morning. “A big thank you to Ken at Auto Inn. I was out this morning on my bike and had a flat tire. I was walking toward the nearest gas station which was quite far when I came upon Auto Inn. I asked Ken if he could possibly provide air, and he very graciously fired up his compressor and had me back on the road in no time. While I was there I had a bit of a tour and am impressed with Ken and this storage facility. It’s clean, neat and secure. I highly recommend Auto Inn and this fine gentleman , Ken.Thanks again!!!”
