“Visited the facility for the first time & will say it is well maintained, appears to be safe, I was mainly concerned about security, although that might be a problem, indoor storage is the safest way to do things at this facility I think, its nothing to do with the company it's mainly the city of Desert Hot Springs ( a lot of theft in general) you cannot safely park your car on the street anymore you may run out of luck and have your cat converter stolen by the next morning, I'm very familiar with the Desert Hot Springs city & have to say their current Manager Anthony was beyond helpful when o first came in he provided exceptional customer service showing me around the facility in general and responding to every one of my questions he made me feel confident about getting an indoor storage unit safe enough for my SUV & personal belongings.Despite the ongoing flow of people or rush hours he keeps up very well providing you with everything you may need to move in or out of this storage facility at affordable rates, & kindly service.”

“I'm very happy with my space, the airport location, and Chris who does everything possible to help all of us. He's the best! My only concern is this: While I moved into a larger unit, Prime Storage has a policy of not refunding a pro rata share of our unused monthly prepaid fee. I moved out nearly 30 days before my next bill was due, but no refund. It would be great if Prime Storage would reconsider this policy.”

“I have a storage there since yesterday. Love it. Very convenient. I can drive my car right in front of it and the app allows me to open the main entrance without the code. It’s very Clean and the guy at the entrance was very nice. He helped me with a mattress. Definitely recommend it.”
