“Bertha Verdugo, the store manager, was absolutely wonderful! I told her I needed to move the furniture from my three-bedroom house into a storage unit, and she took the time to understand what I needed and helped me choose the right size storage space. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. She truly went above and beyond to make things easier for me. I really appreciate her outstanding customer service and would highly recommend her!”

“We are from WA state. While building our second home (snowbirds) in SoCal, we left our car with climate controlled Palm Springs Car Storage. This certainly saved our car from the heat damage during the summer months. Robert, the owner was responsive, kind and wonderful to work with. We could pick up or leave our car at any time. We would definitely use this service again.”

“The front desk guy was on his phone the whole time I was trying to check in and it felt super rude, like I was interupting his personal life. He wasnt exactly helpful either, just kind of grunted at the forms I had to sign. Otherwise the unit itself was clean, dry, and the price was fair compared to some other places I looked at around here. The location is pretty convenient if you live on this side of town, easy to get in and out with a truck. Honestly if they just hired someone with better people skills it would be a 5 star spot. I would probably use them again just for the unit quality which is my main concern.”
