“I have been living in DHS for almost 7 years. The men and women behind the front desk have always been patient, kind and helpful to me. Better than any other post office’s I’ve had to do business with anywhere! Even all the swanky neighborhood in LA and Orange County. These people have gone over and above to find lost packages and important documents I was waiting for. I can’t say enough about them. Now the mail carriers, that’s another story. They sometimes leave packages in the full sun instead of the shade. Once a package was lost and I’ve noticed they may be a little lazy or perhaps they are just overworked in an area that is known for punishing weather. So I can’t be too hard on them. The reason we have a PO Box is to receive packages that won’t survive the heat or are too important to leave unguarded in a mail box, even a secure one. I do love this post office. If you are polite to them, they will go out of their way for you. Great people!”

So when I have to mail bills since I'm told never use a post mailing street boxe because they are broken into all the time i found out i could mail my post from here. So when i go food shopping nextdoor they are kind enough to mail it for me. To say thanks many times i buy a card from their wonderful card selection. “My experience was beyond excellent. The Clerk, Gina who worked with us was very professional, and didn’t miss a beat. We got through in a very short time. she even made us crack up because it was a very tense situation sending some very important documents and keys to a lame landlord in a far far away place!
If I were FedEx, I would give this employee a bonus if not a raise. She’s the kind of employee that I would’ve hired from my business and retained at all costs!
The package arrived one day early, which was not expected on Friday, but was very much welcomed !! I’m supremely impressed and happy!
We had to mail back about 20 different keys and these are just three of the many that arrived early and without a problem whatsoever. I will return to this FedEx whenever I have any thing that needs to be shipped in the future!!”

“Where you get stamps, pick up signed parcels and certified mail, the office opens at 8:30- 4:30 BUT are closed on Saturday, they open the building for people to pick up their mail in the post office box.”
“I had to go pick up a package at the base in Palm Springs because they tried to leave it at home 3 times at a time that was not agreed upon, I drove more than 30 minutes, but it was worth it, sorry but the smile and attention of the young man OMG!!!!, I would go again, no matter what I have to handle ??”
