“I had a great first time rental experience. The Filipino woman, Juvy, who helped reserve than check out my car was both friendly and helpful. If you live nearby I recommend to come in person. You'll be given a printout and an assurance that your vehicle will be washed and ready to go the day of your trip. Ignore the negative reviews saying there was trash everywhere. Simply not true. Also, some of the other negative reviews came from people who tried renting a vehicle that same day, rather than beforehand. Make an advanced reservation, pick up your car and drive off into the sunset!”

“Avis Diamond Bar provided an excellent experience. They had the three-row vehicle that I needed, and I secured the best rate through Expedia. The woman at the counter who handled the car pick-up was helpful and courteous. While the return process was efficient, the man handling the return didn't engage at all (he didn't even look at me). Despite this minor interaction, my overall experience with Avis Diamond Bar was great.”
