“On the day I picked up the rental car, Steven was very busy, and the waiting area was crowded with appointments and walk-ins. So although it took some time to get my rental, I had plenty of time to watch him work the Front Desk. He was polite, kind, professional, friendly, attentive to each individual customer, knowledgeable, a great multi-tasker, and above all of the loads of people flowing in and out of the Enterprise office that morning who needed something from him, he had loads of patience and had an even tone in his voice as he spoke to everyone he provided his services to.
There were many other Enterprise staff supporting this process (both at pick-up and return) who were efficient, kind, and professional, and ALL worked well together as a team. “This is a great outlet to shop at. You can take your family. There are stores for everyone. Plenty of seating if you just want to sit an people watch. Great places to eat. Nike, Adidas, H&M, Sketchers etc.! Also a movie theater and great places to eat. Also great places to eat outside and around the mall. Plenty of free parking. Yes I will return.”
“I’ve rented at this location for a long time and this is by far the best place to go. Sam and his team always do an excellent job of keeping the vehicles clean, making the process smooth, and making sure that all of my questions and concerns are answered. I really appreciate the level of service I am constantly receiving from this location. I would highly recommend this Avis over any of the other local ones including the airport. I travel often for work and always make it a point to rent my vehicles from Sam.”
“As long as you call ahead to make sure they have cars they are cool. The website does not know what's going on at the stores. The guys there should just buy out Avis and start their own rental company in same spot. Im there like every month they're cool.”

“Had a great experience! Please read before you book. You need a CREDIT CARD AND ID BOTH NAMES HAVE TO MATCH. I paid the pay now option online! ONLY BOOK ON REGULAR WEBSITE!!! Don’t book on another third party! Also I did notice not many cars. I booked a small suv and got a Jeep! I also showed up at 5:45 am to get my vehicle was in and out by 6 am. I wasn’t pressured to add a driver or to purchase insurance. My company covers it.”

“This is my first time using budget/Avis here in Chino Hills. Picking up the vehicle Rameez aka Rambo was amazing! Made sure I had a good car with a good Air Conditioning. He walked me through the workings of the car. Returning the car Shahid was very helpful and patient with us. Amazing Customer service and I definitely recommend using this location to rent your future rentals! Ask for these gentlemen! They will take care of you!

“I can’t give full details on my story but what I can say is their is a reason I always go to hertz the blessing they have been and if I only new but still grateful they helped me and I recommend to all and then some. They are the best in all rental companies I’ve ever experienced and God is really with their success and genuine care for their customers real talk if I can rate them higher I would give beyond numbers or limits to stars they are vary incredible and remarkable. “The person helping us was super helpful, my name was on the reservation but my fiancé who is over 25 would be driving. The employee kindly rebooked the reservation for the same price so that my fiancés name was on it and we could avoid the under 25 fee.”
“They don't carry large passenger vehicles (12 seaters) like it says on the company website but they're at least friendly about accommodating the situation.
Ended up with a 7 seater van and it was spotless inside. Quick and easy pick up and drop off.
Their system is a little dated with paper receipts but I guess that helps with the better pricing around the area.”

“Rented a wheelchair van for a quick trip with a wheelchair passenger. The rental went great and the rep, Alicia, was stellar. She's so accommodating and gracious. She helped us pronto and secured us a good deal on the rental van. We mad a mistaken returning the keys but she was again gracious with us and I'm very likely to rent again. It is true they are not at the airport and the vans aren't the latest models but the price is right and the service is stellar, especially from Alicia. Thank you!”
“I've rented cars from this location many times and have always had a good experience. Recently, I came to pick up my rental but they offered a car that I was not comfortable with. Priscilla was truly wonderful and advocated on my behalf with her manager to get a car that worked for me. I didn't even know she was working behind the scenes for me while I was stressing in the lobby! She went the extra mile, which is so rare these days.
