A 3-drawer accent chest caught my eye but I was not sure if it would match my decor. “The sale process and the delivery went well except that there were two drawer handles missing and we were told they would be ordered and shipped to us within 7 - 10 days. Until that happens, I’m not a happy camper nor am I inclined to recommend anyone to Ashley Funiture. If they follow through and we get the handles then this rating will then change. UPDATE. Ashley Furniture stood behind their promise and delivered and installed the two handles within two days. I must say that the delivery and installation was done with the utmost care. The furniture was all packed in boxes and there was no damage. The people were very careful to avoid any damage to the inside of the house while bringing it in to install it. I would definitely recommend Ashley to my friends.”

“I purchased the Cascade dresser from the outlet, but I was never informed that the pickup dock closed at 6:00 p.m. on the day of my purchase. Because of this, I had to make another trip the following day, driving over an hour each way, to pick up the furniture. Since the outlet requires purchased furniture to be picked up within 24 hours, I also had to leave work early to meet the deadline.
In addition, our salesperson placed a “SOLD” sign on the top of the dresser using tape. When we removed the tape after getting the dresser home, it pulled off the finish from the top of the furniture, leaving it damaged. While I understand that outlet furniture is sold as-is, this damage was caused after the item was marked sold and was not part of the condition I agreed to purchase. I am very disappointed with the piece.
I do want to mention that the outlet manager was very polite and professional regarding the damage and gave an additional discount but I’m not happy with my chest drawer missing the finish. This whole process was not as expected.”

“I've bought a sofa and loveseat about six months ago and came back and purchased a dresser and chest in June. Selection is good and price is reasonable. Recommended to friends and family for quality and customer service.”
“If you're looking for a unique gift, this would be one place you could go. Pillows, chairs, snacks, meat products from around the world. Sodas. And a fair selection of wine.”
“We were kinda skeptical about this place cuz prices are too good to be true. The guy working here is really helpful and answers all your questions. We really liked the selection they have and the quality of the items. We found an $800 modular sectional couch that would normally cost like $1500+ at a furniture store.
3 days later, they delivered our couch around noon and hauled away the old one. Delivery guy was patient and helped set it up to where we wanted it and everything.
There's no warranty but they said if we find anything wrong within a week then they'd fix it so that's a piece of mind. It's been a week and so far nothing wrong with the floor model we got!
Anyway I wish I discovered this place long ago for all my furniture needs. 10/10 highly recommend!”

“My family and I go out of our way to drive to this Target although we have two other Targets nearby.
The cleanliness and product availability at this store is unreal. The vibes are great, people are great, and the employees most of all are so friendly, and hospitable. Nowadays it's like customer service in retails is once again becoming a problem in other places. Not at this Target, we Love IT!!”
