“When we decided on getting a fountain for our landscaping project, our landscaper referred us to Outdoor Elegance. They have a huge selection of fountains to choose from. Joe was awesome in helping us get the Fiore Tuscan Garden fountain. When there was a delay with the manufacturer, he was able to pull some strings and get the fountain completed a few weeks sooner. Outdoor Elegance referred us to a company who delivered the fountain and installed it for an additional fee.”

“The sale process and the delivery went well except that there were two drawer handles missing and we were told they would be ordered and shipped to us within 7 - 10 days. Until that happens, I’m not a happy camper nor am I inclined to recommend anyone to Ashley Funiture. If they follow through and we get the handles then this rating will then change. UPDATE. Ashley Furniture stood behind their promise and delivered and installed the two handles within two days. I must say that the delivery and installation was done with the utmost care. The furniture was all packed in boxes and there was no damage. The people were very careful to avoid any damage to the inside of the house while bringing it in to install it. I would definitely recommend Ashley to my friends.”

“I purchased the Cascade dresser from the outlet, but I was never informed that the pickup dock closed at 6:00 p.m. on the day of my purchase. Because of this, I had to make another trip the following day, driving over an hour each way, to pick up the furniture. Since the outlet requires purchased furniture to be picked up within 24 hours, I also had to leave work early to meet the deadline.
In addition, our salesperson placed a “SOLD” sign on the top of the dresser using tape. When we removed the tape after getting the dresser home, it pulled off the finish from the top of the furniture, leaving it damaged. While I understand that outlet furniture is sold as-is, this damage was caused after the item was marked sold and was not part of the condition I agreed to purchase. I am very disappointed with the piece.
I do want to mention that the outlet manager was very polite and professional regarding the damage and gave an additional discount but I’m not happy with my chest drawer missing the finish. This whole process was not as expected.”

“I rarely post reviews but I could not let this one go. Troy and his team at bedtime matress and more have done a fantastic job. I purchased a matress about a year ago and had some problems. They went out of their way to work with the manufacturer to help when I was unable to process the information myself. They kept me informed the whole time and went above and beyond. Even though the original purchase was not an expensive one, the customer service was as if I had spent thousands in their store. Definitely take the time to go there if you are looking for new matress or bedding. Shopping local really does make a difference.”
“Great place to shop for sofas. They have a nice selection in store to look and get a feel for. Sebastian was very very helpful in helping me choose and CUSTOMIZE a sofa to be made locally. Lots of options and no bs upselling.
Sebastian was seriously into helping me dig through the different catalogues to find variations and what ifs until the style and shape was settled and then was patient with helping flip through like 100s of fabric swatches for body, pillows, etc.
When my sofa first arrived from the factory he spotted that they missed a detail and let me know right away and let me come in to see if I was OK with it or if I wanted it sent back to get it amended for free. Great turn around and transparent communication. Big thanks to him and the folks at the store.”
“We were kinda skeptical about this place cuz prices are too good to be true. The guy working here is really helpful and answers all your questions. We really liked the selection they have and the quality of the items. We found an $800 modular sectional couch that would normally cost like $1500+ at a furniture store.
3 days later, they delivered our couch around noon and hauled away the old one. Delivery guy was patient and helped set it up to where we wanted it and everything.
There's no warranty but they said if we find anything wrong within a week then they'd fix it so that's a piece of mind. It's been a week and so far nothing wrong with the floor model we got!
Anyway I wish I discovered this place long ago for all my furniture needs. 10/10 highly recommend!”
