“I highly recommend this place, clean, quiet and in the cut. The jacuzzi was the hottest I’ve been in and I loved it. Close to restaurants with a good diner inside and the staff is very friendly and attentive. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I definitely do not recommend this "hotel" the beds are very noisy every time you move they squeak, the sheets were old, the breakfast was horrible the egg was not cooked properly and at 9am sharp I could no longer serve myself a glass of juice. They also did not return my $100 deposit because they said the room smelled like "vape." The woman has a bad character. I told her that couldn't be true because I don't use vape or smoke. She refused to return my deposit. deposit and I think I'm not the only one who was told the same thing other people complained about the same thing so I don't recommend this place if you want a good place go to best Western in Rowland heights”

“It's an older complex, but still works okay. It has indoor and outdoor places for vendors, decent parking (but too much $15) buses that pick and drop you off, food and drinks, and bathrooms where they are needed, and the complex is near the freeway.”

“A comfortable place to rest after a long journey. And the staff are so friendly. Always kept clean.Nearby activities: There are several parks, a senior center, shopping, the Claremont Village, and Claremont Colleges and schools nearby. Most are within walking distance.Walkability: There are places to eat as well as entertainment within walking distance. There are also plenty of nice places to walk around here.Food & drinks: There are plenty of places to eat and drink within walking distance or a short drive. This includes Trader Joe's, Sprouts, and Stater Bros for groceries. There are plenty of restaurants super close, including The Orchard right in the Doubletree.Noteworthy details: Parties can be held at the Doubletree inside in their various large rooms or outside in their lovely courtyard. There is also a pool.”

“Stayed for one night and was very pleased with cleanliness of this location. It's definitely an old spot, but they've done a wonderful job of maintaining it. Your in the mix as far as location and for the price you cant beat it.”

“Thank you so much Madison! Just really wanted to let management know this associate goes above and beyond for their customers. She was able to accommodate our request and made it well known she would take care of us without hesitation. Madison makes it obvious satisfaction is a priority and that wade us feel very welcome. As for Chase Suites Hotel, it's a simple five stars for me for Customer service, price and location! It's very convenient and close to everything. Rooms were clean and perfect for a quick staycation or business trip. I'd highly recommend and definitely coming back next trip to OC.”

“Great location away from all the hustle and bustle. Me and the bestie did a quick vacay to support my Alma mater win another championship in volleyball. It was a pretty last minute decision and we knew we didn't want to stay in LA cause it's just too chaotic and expensive. Luckily, she found this location available and within our targeted budget. There's tons of parking in the lot. Just keep in mind to only park around the building and not to the left. Which is another buildings lot. There's no valet or bellman, however, when you checkin, pull into the round about and you can use one of their carts to bring all your luggage and groceries up. We landed super late at night, so it was quiet and empty. There's a small little "convenience" store on the left of the checkin desk and a very cute and modern lobby. Our room was amazing. So spacious and clean! We had a full kitchen, dining table, living room, bedroom with 2 queens and nice sized bathroom! This would make a perfect long stay or family unit. There's complimentary continental breakfast downstairs, which also flips into a bar at night. I wasn't expecting much from the free breakfast. Maybe some donuts, cereal and toast. But there's also bagel station, daily hot foods like these egg tarts that were absolutely delicious! Lots of families and business attired people there. Right outside is also a pool and bbq pit. There's a restaurant next to the hotel, which was closed during our stay. But lots of other options a couple of blocks down where target is and a shopping mall. It was a good stay and would definitely check out other ones as well.”

“Our room was very nice, king bed, couch, small table and two chairs, microwave and small refrigerator. The bed was quite comfortable. The room was cleaned each day and new towels provided. The bed was made up, but sheets would have been changed if we let them know we wanted them.Every staff member we interacted with was very pleasant. The breakfast was very good. Each day there were eggs, bacon or sausage, and pancakes or French toast, and hashbrowns, as well as Belgian waffles. There were pastries and different breads as well as cereals and an assortment of yogurts. We will definitely stay there again when visiting family in the area.”

“Honestly - I'm so pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The boyfriend and I (locals) needed a quick night out... well... more like a fun-time night. Let me list some pros and cons:Pros (because let's start off with positivity)- the price. Can't beat it.- the cleanliness. The bedding was so clean and soft and comfortable. There were no signs of roaches or mice. And honestly, the way the hotel looks you kind of think these kind of critters will be here.- the quietness. We were so undisturbed. - check-in. Quick, fast and easy.- Roomy! So much room for activities.Cons (I had to think about this because I didn't have any at first) - I said cleanliness was a pro HOWEVER I usually walk around hotels with chanclas on but my bf walks barefoot. Although I felt like our room was clean, his feet were BLACK by the end of the night. - The couch.... yeah, we didn't use it because it seems a lot of people have used it in the past if you know what I mean. It was stained pretty bad.Overall, as long as the bed was clean and there were no bed bugs then that's all that matters. It's a pretty decent place to rest your head or get your groove on.”

“I stay here often for work, and am always pleased with the service and the cleanliness of the hotel. Staff is always friendly and quick to respond to requests, and the rooms have very comfortable beds and cozy easy chairs that I enjoy curling up in to read or watch news from at the end of the day. (Weirdly, I am rather obsessed with those comfy orange chairs; I want one!) The soundproofing between rooms is good; the only downside is traffic noise from the freeway, which is not the hotel's fault and is a thing all along hotel row there. Overall, this is a comfortable, quiet and friendly hotel that offers comfort and good amenities, especially for such a reasonable price. They've earned my repeat business.”

“Rooms were very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We were there for 3 days and initially only given towels and washcloths for one day. We reused what we could but after requesting more clean towels 3 different times and never had any brought up to our room. My husband did go to the front desk and picked up a few towels to get us through. I assume perhaps there was a staffing issue?Breakfast was simple but good.”

“Nice hotel overall. Wish parking was easier to get to but the hotel itself is great. The rooms are clean but small. Breakfast is decent there. There was scrambled eggs and sausage. Pool was closed when we went. Overall nice ”

“My husband and I stay here every year when we come in town for a special annual car show in Pomona. It's a great deal for a great space. Clean and comfortable. Free wifi and breakfast! Parking right in front of the rooms. The service is very friendly and there's tons around.”

“Just to preface: I am aware this hotel is a Best Western. I am also aware that I was staying with a larger group. Still, I was generally disappointed with the service. A few notes:Our room had three people in it, and so naturally, one would expect to be able to use three room keys. However, whenever the third key was issued, it would reset one of the other keys. This led to the experience of constantly being locked out of the room and needing to get a key reset at the front desk. This happened maybe 10 times. The breakfast was okay. There is a decent selection, and it is made-to-order. Not many complaints here. The rooms were fine, but again, it's a Best Western. Notably, the phone in the room could not reach the front desk. At all. So there was no way to contact room service. The pool, which we expected to use, was closed for the entire three-day weekend. No explanation given, just "no, sorry!" There were also no signs posted at the pool that it *was* closed, just once we asked the front desk. The location is fine... it is SoCal so expect suburbia. We were able to walk across the street and get Food and Ice Cream, though. It's also relatively close to the Claremont Colleges. Could be worse!Overall, a mediocre experience, even for a Best Western.”

“Beautiful and Elegant place to bring a special date. Rooms are luxurious and if your lucky and get a room on the 9th floor facing west it has amazing romantic views at night.”

“I wouldn’t go back. It wasn’t horrible but there were signs that said it was under construction but that seemed to be an excuse for being in poor repair. There are letters missing from the way signs, there is a bare feeling to the lobby. The rooms are ok but there were odd people walking around the grounds. It just seemed like a zombie hotel and not well managed. Not horrible just not good. Area is meh as well. Again, wouldn’t go back.”

“I have never been to a better motel ANYWHERE! I can't say enough about this place! Going to stay away from home and not having the propiator talking down, yelling or giving off a bad attitude makes all the difference in the world to me. I love the hominess and peacefulness feeling this place has and I hope Cookie will always run the show here. Thanks for wonderful memories and always going above and beyond for the vacationers as well as us regulars. We love you and your terrific run establishment! No place like home!”

“Nice little Hilton property right off the freeway, easy to access. Was not aware of $50 per night safety deposit until checkin, as it is not listed anywhere on the website or any of the reservations emails and confirmations. So that was a slight bummer.”

“Centrally located in Brea. Short drive to Disneyland. Stayed over Christmas to visit family. All went well until Christmas Day. Someone decided to let the ENTIRE hotel know that Christmas had arrived by pulling the fire alarm at midnight on Christmas Day.The fire Almaraz not only went “Woop, Woop”, it also spoke in English. Kind of cool if it wasn’t midnight. It took the fire department about 10 minutes to arrive. Kind so slow in my opinion given this is in the heart of Brea. Took them another couple of minutes to give the all clear. What a way to spend Christmas Day. I suppose everyone got to open their presents early!”

“Love Love Love this place! There was a bug in my room and they were so apologetic and professional about it! They upgraded our room with no hesitation. My family LOVES the free breakfast too! Love being able to make our own waffles:)”

“We stayed here one night and had a great night of rest! Clean and spacious rooms, fast check in and complimentary water bottles provided. We also forgot our toothbrushes and toothpaste but were kindly given some at the front desk! If we ever find ourselves in the area, we will definitely stay again.”

“Checked in on Saturday the 16th. Very nice people at front desk. Room is small, however nice and clean. They have a hospitality room with coffee & tea around the clock. Then they serve a small breakfast buffet. Not bad. That area is kept super clean. We came to visit our son in West Covina. Only about eight minutes away. El Torito is right next door. So, of course we stopped in there for a margarita. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Low key place. Rooms are very old and basic. No benefits for platinum. However staff is great. They help to use the dryer machine. Breakfast is average . Pit fire is nice and there is an outdoor pool”

“I've stayed here quite a bit now and have always had a very pleasant experience. The remodeled rooms are nice, and I especially enjoy having my room always looking and feeling clean, which is a big point I look for in a hotel room! I've always felt safe while staying here. The staff is honestly a big draw as well; Ryan and Michael at the front desk are always helpful, extremely kind, and a good laugh! The housekeeper, Remi, is SO sweet and attentive. I would definitely recommend a stay here whether short-term or long!”
