The rooms are clean and spacious, all of the staff are friendly, the location is quiet and convenient and the free hot breakfast is decent. I especially like this location because I can go for a morning walk and enjoy the weather and hear birds chirping. It’s so peaceful.”

“I travel about every week and stay exclusively at Hilton properties. This is probably one of the best I've stayed in. The room was a room, nothing fancy. What made it great was the employees and the restaurant. Probably the best food I've ever had at a hotel restaurant. I never left the property once to eat dinner. The entire staff was friendly, fun, and entertaining. Especially the three guys bartending on Thursday night!”

“Overall the room was clean. I stayed in 280 which overlooked the pool. The hair in the toilet seat and cleaner still wet on the bottom of the toilet bowl lid was a bit unpleasant, but the rest of the room was clean. The negative of the room was the motion light in the bathroom, insects, and no option to run a fan for white noise. You only get high, low, or auto for the fan, once the room gets to that temperature, it shuts off and silence in the room. When showering when it's dark in that room, you better make sure you have the light switched on or the lights turn off automatically. The toilet water runs wasting water, but a sign on the sink sign talks about conserving water, which I thought was humorous. There was a spider on the ceiling and flying insects which I suspect are due to the at least quarter inch gap under the door. It's so big that you can see the lights coming under the door. There was a continental breakfast that came with the room and didn't open until 6:10 am. The lady serving the food was very hard to understand and not friendly. For the price, it's worth staying.”

The fire alarm went off 4 times overnight causing a major sleep disruption. (false alarm). The staff were very friendly and accommodating.”

“Very nice, neet, clean and affordable. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They do have big truck parking in the back of the motel that could fit around 15 trucks with trailers. To access the truck parking turn left at the light go between pep boys and the motel, then turn left at the end.”

“Flight was canceled so we had to book two queen rooms last second. Took the GOAT from Ontario airport to here for free. Great location with plenty of food options within walking distance. Breakfast buffet ended at 9am at the hotel. Nice pool area and free coffee in the lobby. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean and tv in the room.”

“Stay here Sunday 3/8/26 before my flight loved the hotel but some of your workers need better people skills. We asked the older man working the evening desk if there was any maintenance to clean out the heavy debris cluttering the spa and he was very dismissive and appeared nsulted that we asked. Rude and not in the least friendly.. However, the young maintenance man did a awesome job cleaning the spa so it was usable. Friendly and apologetic. Thank you!”

“This is a lovely little place set in an area that is slightly industrial but not shady. It's unique in that the "suites" are single-story duplexes, and each has its own parking space right next to the building -- loading and unloading was a breeze, even in the rain. The suite had 2 separate areas -- one with the bed, fridge, microwave, and TV, and the other with a table and chairs plus an ironing board. (I didnt see an actual iron, but I was told several times by the front desk receptionist to "let [her] know if you need anything at all" so presumably she had one to lend?) The rooms were quite clean and the bathroom was fresh and obviously updated. During my stay, I interacted with the front desk receptionist, a manager, and housekeeping, and all the staff is delightful, every last one. On the whole, a good experience, as it felt clean and safe and a good deal for the price. Rooms: The rooms are spacious and clean, even if a little sparsely furnished. The bathroom was refurbished fairly recently, and all the windows seem new. Safety: The area is fairly industrial, but it was clean and neat and didn't feel unsafe, even after dark. The windows were fairly new and had solid locks on them. The door has electronic keyboard locks with a deadbolt.”

“This was a great room at a pretty great price.Very spacious, even for just one person. I love that the sink and counter and mirror are not in the same room as the toilet.And shower. The bathroom is very spacious. Everything was well stocked. The coffee was Starbucks Coffee pods, which is good. But with those hotel motel Creamer, sugar packets, it wasn't that great. I had to use a lot of creamer because it was really strong. The breakfast was complimentary and you get to choose from 4 little menu items and it wasn't bad. It's not as big as some other continental breakfast buffet places, but then this isn't really a buffet. You just sell the chef, which breakfast number you want, and then they prepare it for you and stamp your card. And then they have a few little wrapped pastries and toast and bagels and fruit and a juice machine.And coffee machine. I think best western plus hotels have a little bit more of an upgraded breakfast plan.So not a fan of the coffee in the room.. lots of outlets all over the room. That was nice . There was a couch a coffee table and a chair on the other side of the bed with a little wall mantle thing to hold other stuff that you may have pretty awesome and spacious.. if I ever come back to San Dimas, i'm staying here again..”

“I would give the room a five but it is an older room, but it was very clean large even with a fold out couch it had not just a refrigerator but a complete freezer so I could freeze my water bottle. The swimming pool was beautiful. There was a man out there grilling his dinner, man the courtyard is just gorgeous with huge palm trees with the wind blowing just like an old movie in the 60s or 70s beautiful Jasmine on the side smelled sweet lots of places to eat nearby. The best part of the whole thing is it’s parking and fly so you go there spend the night for 89 to 125 which I paid 125 because we want a little bit larger room, we were even by the elevator and couldn’t hear it. The air conditioner did not turn off and on all night. It was constant nice and cool. We have patio outside our room. They have full lotion shampoo they even give you a little Diddy thing with a shaver and makeup remover and shower cap. the shower was great and clean. The sink was a little deep but it was. Everything was clean so I oh and then the breakfast was incredible. They had scrambled eggs. They look real sausage, bacon, yogurt, waffles, all kinds of juices, hot coffee, hard-boiled eggs, the fruit was yummy. It was just fantastic the whole experience in the front desk was very sweet and nice and they had TVs and coffee available 24 seven highly highly highly recommend.”

“We decided to go to California on a whim so our go to hotel was booked but this wasn’t a bad option! It is outdated but they are actively doing renovations so that’s a good sign. It was clean, staff is friendly, I wanted my room cleaned daily and I want clean towels and that was not an issue here. I’ve paid a lot more money for way less hospitality at other hotels in Orange County. The things that I care most about were met here for example- parking, hot water for more than 1 shower, clean towels, clean room, and good ice. The only flaw that I experienced here and I am not big on breakfasts at hotels in the first place is the breakfast. It was one main option, which never looked appealing to me, so I went with muffins and yogurt cups, they need to pick a better brand in the muffins that they buy and they wouldn’t be too bad.”

I gave 1 less star because the front lobby was locked at the time for the 3p checking. I was able to find someone quickly at the side window.”
