“Love the customer service here and how respectful and helpful everyone is. Matthew is particularly helpful whenever we need help with something. I’ve rented at many storage units on both coasts and this is by far my favorite one. They really care about the customer experience and try their best to make it work for us when we have rate concerns or questions. Easy, straightforward sign up and access to units. Units themselves are standard and plenty good enough for storage. Also, I feel good about the security here as well.”
