The entire staff have always been professional, cooperative, understanding, efficient, informative, and extremely pleasant to do business with. I have never had an issue with any staff member. “Outstanding location and professional team. We rented one of the flatbed toy-hauler trailers. We had a reservation with another location and when we called them the morning of the rental, they did not have the equipment.
U-Haul was able to find the Pomona location and they had toy-hauler trailers available. The trailer was brand new and very solidly built. We used it to tow a load to Catalina AZ. The Pomona U=Haul location is highly recommended!! Much better than the other location (hint-near the ONT airport).”

“MAS Moving provided an amazing moving experience for our business. We had never moved warehouses before, and we had a lot of heavy boxes, products, and equipment to move with very little notice. I was honestly stressed about how we were going to get everything done in time, but MAS Moving made the entire process so much easier.
When I called and explained the urgency, they came out the same day to look at the job, even though I wasn’t sure they would be able to. They carved time out of their day, gave us a very fair quote, and committed to helping us get moved out and into our new warehouse within the timeline we needed.
When it came time for the move, they showed up on time every day and delivered exactly the experience they promised. They handled everything with great care, paid close attention to detail, and made sure none of our items were damaged during the move. Communication was great, the pricing was great, and overall they beat everyone else I reached out to in terms of willingness, ability, professionalism, and value.
I would definitely use MAS Moving again for any future warehouse moves, business moves, or even personal moves. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional moving company.”
“Quick, simple. Got in without a reservation and out in about 5 or 10 minutes. BUT YOU NEED TO KNOW: Even if it says like $20 for a rental it will end up being like $99 because of miles traveled and all we did was 60 miles and brought it back to the same shop we rented it from. Customer service was direct and reasonable.”
